We know how important it is to get your new curtain track as soon as possible — especially if your project’s already underway!
All our custom-made curtain tracks are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days once we’ve received your final measurements. As soon as your track’s on its way, you’ll receive a dispatch email with your Parcelforce tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.

We deliver throughout mainland UK.
Unfortunately, we’re not currently able to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland due to courier size restrictions — but we’re happy to help you find a workaround if you contact us first.
📦 What to Expect on Delivery Day
Your curtain track will arrive carefully packaged in strong, recyclable cardboard with paper-based protection.
Please inspect your parcel on arrival and, if you spot any obvious damage, don’t sign for it. Instead, ask the courier to return it to us and send a quick photo through our contact form so we can arrange a replacement.
♻️ Eco-Friendly Packaging
We pack every Ezecurtains order using recyclable, eco-friendly materials — including gummed paper tape, cardboard corner protectors and hive paper wrap. Everything can go straight in your household recycling bin.
🔁 Returns & Remakes
Because every curtain track we make is custom-made to your exact sizes, returns aren’t normally possible once production has started.
However — and this is where we’re a bit different — if you’ve made a genuine measuring mistake, we’ll remake your track completely free of charge. We only ask that you share the details and, if possible, a few photos to help us understand what went wrong.
This guarantee applies to domestic use and forms part of our 10-Year Manufacturers Guarantee.
🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
All our tracks are quality-checked before dispatch, but if yours arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch straight away and we’ll replace it at no cost to you — including shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Can I return my curtain track if I measured wrong?
Don’t worry — if it was a genuine mistake, we’ll remake your track for free. We just need your order details and a few photos so we can see what happened.
Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
Not at the moment. Due to size limits from our courier, we currently only deliver within mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland).
How will my track be packaged?
Each order is packed using strong recyclable cardboard, gummed paper tape and paper-based wrapping — completely plastic-free.
