1. Terms & Conditions
Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which Ezecurtains makes all its products available to you (“Product Terms”). When buying goods from our website or via an email invoice, you enter an agreement with Lee Stevens T/A Ezecurtains, 7 School Road, Eccles, Manchester M30 7HN. The agreement is concluded when you place your order.
1. Our Products
a) Descriptions and Photography: Product images are either photographed or digitally produced to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitors, colours may appear slightly different to the actual product.
b) Measurements: Many of our goods are made to your supplied sizes. It’s your responsibility to measure correctly. Please refer to our measuring guides or contact us for advice before ordering.
If we believe you’ve made a genuine measuring mistake, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you. However, we reserve the right to refuse a remake if a deliberate error was made. In such cases, a written explanation will be provided.
2. Order Processing & Contract
a) Order Cancellation or Amendments: Custom-made curtain tracks are excluded from the standard 14-day cancellation rights under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can still cancel if your order has not yet entered production — contact us as soon as possible to check.
b) After Placing Your Order: Please check your confirmation email carefully. Contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
3. Prices
The price you pay is the price shown on your order confirmation and includes delivery within mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands). Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery to the Highlands.
4. Payment
Orders are processed once payment is received in full via credit or debit card. Payments are encrypted for security and processed through SSL technology. Your card is charged at the time of order.
5. Acceptance
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- We have insufficient stock to make and deliver the goods.
- You have ordered from an area we do not deliver to.
- The item has been discontinued.
- A pricing or system error occurred.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown on our website and confirmation emails. Delivery is by courier to your specified UK mainland address. Please inspect goods for damage before signing. Do not sign for or accept delivery if you believe items are damaged.
We cannot be held responsible for any losses due to delayed delivery, so please avoid booking a fitter before receiving your order and checking it over.
7. Defective or Damaged Goods
All products are quality checked before dispatch. If you discover any issues within 7 days of receipt, please contact us. We may ask for photos or request the item be returned for inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Cancellations & Refunds for Custom-Made Items
Since our tracks are custom-made, cancellations are not usually possible after production starts. If you contact us before production, we’ll refund you in full minus non-refundable payment processing fees (typically 1.4%).
Faulty or damaged items are fully covered under our 10-year guarantee and will be replaced free of charge.
9. Guarantee
All curtain tracks come with a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee (5 years for commercial use). This covers repair or replacement where appropriate. The guarantee applies to domestic use up to 5m wide and curtain drops up to 2.7m.
Our corded tracks must have cord tensioners correctly fitted to remain covered. See individual product pages for specific details.
10. General
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect information needed to process your order and provide excellent service. We will never sell or share your details with third parties without your consent.

Data Security
Your data is stored securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. We use trusted providers such as Cognito Forms and Stripe for processing orders and payments — both GDPR compliant.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This information is anonymous and helps us improve our service. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to anyone under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
