Our Promise: Quality, Accuracy & Peace of Mind
Every bay window track we make is built to last — and we back that up with a 10-year guarantee and a simple, no-quibble approach if something ever goes wrong. We don’t just talk about customer service — we actually deliver it.
Built to Last – Guaranteed for 10 Years
Every Ezecurtains track is handmade in the UK using high-grade aluminium, premium gliders, and sturdy brackets. Each track is bent, assembled, and checked before it leaves our workshop, so we know it’s right. That’s why we confidently offer a 10-year guarantee covering both build quality and performance. If a part ever fails through normal use within those 10 years, we’ll repair or replace it — no fuss, no forms, no drama.
- Precision-bent for your exact bay shape
- Assembled and tested before dispatch
- Strong aluminium construction — no weak plastic bends
- Smooth-running gliders that last
Mistakes Happen — We Fix Them Quickly
Occasionally things don’t go perfectly — maybe a measurement’s slightly out, or we’ve misread a note. The difference is, we don’t play the blame game. We simply remake what’s needed and get it sorted quickly.
If the error’s on our side, we’ll put it right at our expense. If it turns out to be a measuring issue, we’ll still offer a free remake, because we know our customers wouldn’t measure incorrectly or mis-order deliberately. We want you to end up with a track that fits perfectly, and we’ll do whatever it takes to make that happen.
Fair, Straightforward Service
We’ve built our reputation on being fair, approachable, and easy to deal with — we just ask for the same honesty in return. If you spot a mistake in your order before we’ve started making it, tell us straight away so we can amend it and avoid waste. We believe a good relationship with our customers is worth far more than a single order.
Eco-Friendly Approach
We keep waste to an absolute minimum. Any track off-cuts are recycled with a local metal recycling centre, and all our packaging is recyclable and biodegradable. So when your order arrives, you can help by making sure it all goes in the right bin — it’s a small thing that makes a big difference.
