Square Bay – In Bay Only

Angled bays — return out of bay
Use these if your curtain track will continue out of the bay at one or both sides.
3 Sided Splay Bay with Returns
Three main sections across the bay with the track turning out at both ends.
5 Sided Bay with Returns
Five straight sections with 3 windows and 2 side walls within the bay. Then short returns out of the bay.

Curved Bay Templates
These templates are for bays with a curved front rather than straight angled sections.
Curved bays — in bay only
Use these if the curtain track will stay fully within the shape of the bay.
Curved bays — return out of bay
Use these if the track follows a curved bay and then continues out of the bay at the sides.
Not sure which template matches your bay?
If you’re not completely sure which shape matches your bay, that’s completely normal.
Many bay windows look very similar at first glance, especially when you’re deciding between angled and curved shapes, or whether the track should stay inside the bay or turn out onto the wall.
The easiest next step is to either take a look at the measuring advice, or send me a quick photo of your window and I’ll point you in the right direction.
