Do You Offer Measuring or Fitting?
If you’re wondering whether I can come out to measure your bay window or fit your curtain track, you’re definitely not alone — it’s one of the most common questions I get.
I specialise in supplying made-to-measure curtain tracks to customers throughout the UK, so I don’t offer a home measuring or fitting service.
But that doesn’t mean you have to be confident measuring and fitting everything yourself.
Measuring and fitting are two separate parts of the process, and there are straightforward options for both.

Our job is to make the made-to-measure track for your bay. If you’re happy to measure the window yourself, you can then either fit the finished track yourself or arrange for someone local to install it.
If you’d rather have help taking the measurements as well, you can ask the person you’re considering for the fitting whether they’re also happy to measure the bay for you using our measuring guidance.
The important thing is that not wanting to do one part of the job yourself doesn’t necessarily mean you have to give up the choice of having a made-to-measure track.
Why Don’t You Offer a Measuring or Fitting Service?
I supply made-to-measure curtain tracks to customers throughout the UK, so providing a local measuring and installation service isn’t practical.
Instead, I concentrate on the part we specialise in — manufacturing the track to suit your bay — and provide the guidance you need to measure and fit it yourself or have someone local help you.
