2. Send Your Detailed Measurements Afterwards
After payment, you’ll be taken to the measuring page for your bay shape. The link is also included in your order confirmation email.
The videos and printable templates guide you through the sizes we need. You can send them straight away or return to the page when you’re ready.
3. We Check Before We Make
We check your bay details and measurements before manufacturing begins. If something needs clarifying, we get in touch before making your track.
Those checks help us prepare the track for your particular window.
4. Your Track Arrives Ready to Fit
We shape and prepare your track here in the UK, ready for you or your fitter to install.
Our fitting guidance explains the installation, while the bending and shaping have already been taken care of in our workshop.
The Track I Recommend for Most Bay Windows
For most pencil pleat or pinch pleat curtains that you open by hand, I recommend our Regular Bay Track.

Help With Where Your Curtains Will Hang
The track position makes a difference to the finished result too.
For most bays, I recommend ceiling fitting. It gives more freedom to position the curtains in front of the sill so they can hang naturally.
Wall fitting can suit bays where coving, a beam or another obstruction affects the ceiling position. The product pages and ordering guidance help you choose the appropriate arrangement.
Reassurance If a Measurement Goes Wrong
If your finished track doesn’t fit because a measurement was entered incorrectly, we’ll work with you to find out what went wrong and remake the track free of charge.
