To place your order all you need to measure is the full width you want your track to be. NOT just the width of your window. Allow extra each side of your window for the curtains to be able to hang off the window when open.
I recommends minimum 15cm past the window on each side. However the wider the window. The more you need to allow on each side. Also, think about the thickness of your curtain fabric. As this will affect the space needed to stack back off the windows. If unsure just contact us here.
When it comes to measuring the fitting position of your track over the window. I recommend that you fit the top edge of the track a minimum of 15cm over the top of your window.

These curtain heading styles you CAN'T hang from our standard glider curtain tracks.
If you are fitting your bay track to the ceiling. Either in the bay only, or on the returns as well. Then you may want to add "brakes" to your order. Watch this video and see what they are. This video is for our regular track. However, it shares the same brakes as the silver track.
You have the option to add an overlap arm to your track
You can have the arm facing in either direction "right over left" or "left over right". This is a great option if you plan on hanging blackout curtains. As you get almost total light block from the middle of your window.
I even recommend it on non blackout curtain windows. As the curtains hang really well when closed.
